At MiGARU we want you to feel satisfied with your purchase!
Therefore, we haveestablished a returns and exchanges policy that allows you to exchange or return a MIGARU garment due to a manufacturing defect or size change, we are attentive to your concerns!
15 DAYS
We offer you exchange or return within 15 days from your purchase date.
EXCHANGE
Return your product and get a different one or exchange it for the same one (subject to availability).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy
Below we leave you some examples to consider when requesting the return of your dance garment:

Discounted items are considered non-returnable sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging.

Returned items must be clean and have no visible signs of wear or use.
Refunds are only applied in the case of not being able to replace or change the garment, under the following conditions:
DEADLINE
When a product has not been replaced within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the return.
PAYMENT METHOD
Said refund will be made with the same method that was used in the original payment for the purchased garment.
TIME
The refund will be made within a period of no more than 18 business days from the date the return of the garment was received.
